That is odd, I just double checked the songs availability regions, and they are the same as the whole album the track comes from. What is your listening region? The link to the individual track from the release The Lioness.

My listening region is in HK. The song Coxcomb Red is not available in the album Songs: Ohia.

Yes you are correct, I did a quick region lookup for that release and it is not available in these regions currently: HK MY PH RO SG SI TW

but it is available in these regions.

But is available for these listening regions currently:

AR AU AT BE BO BR BG CA CL CO CR CY CZ DK DO DE EC EE SV FI FR GR GT HN HU IS IE IT LV LT LU MT MX NL NZ NI NO PA PY PE PL PT SK ES SE CH TR UY US GB AD LI MC

But the release is available in the Spotify service in regions to the South of where you are at Australia, and New Zealand.
