I cleared my cache and downloads, but that doesn't seem to help.

That is indeed a wrong song. The correct song has a different artwork, which is the easiest way to tell them apart.

There's two things you can do to address this issue:
- you can report it to Spotify through these steps;

- you can also write a dm to Flume on social media to let them know about this issue.
