How do I delete the downloads on my lost phone on my new phone. Spotify keeps saying download limit and I have lost my old phone how can I delete the downloads on my old phone?

Thanks for reaching out here in the Community. We moved your post from the Chat section to the help boards as its content fits better here.

Keep in mind that in order to reach the device limit, you must have downloaded music on 5 different devices. We'd first recommend making sure to remove the downloads from any other device that no longer needs them by going to Settings> Storage and tapping the Remove all downloads button.

In case you don't have access to any of the other devices where you have downloaded music, you can reach out to our Support team here. They'll be able to check your account and if possible, remove the devices from their end.
