Sometimes I’m able to find a re-upload of the same song, sometimes the artist removes their whole account. There does not seem to be any way to ensure the songs I add to a playlist are playable by any person I send it to. For a large playlist, this means that a large number of the songs in it might disappear.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>Even if downloading them to my device would solve the issue for me (not that I have the storage space), this means that these songs would only exist on my device.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>Why is a $60 billion company worse for sharing music than youtube-to-mp3 plus a stack of CDs?</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>I’m aware that this problem is likely not going to change - but it’s very unfortunate that my playlists will deteriorate over time, and that several of the songs I included in the attached image were not available anywhere other than Spotify, meaning there is now no way to ever listen to them.
