Why have the Terry Pratchett audio books stopped playing?

I've been listening to the Discworld series - I run our Family Plan - and suddenly the books aren't playing. I'm not over the 15 hour limit. Is there a reason for this?

Thanks for posting in the Community and welcome.

In this case, we'd suggest the following to see if you notice any difference:

Clearing the cache on the devices, you'd notice this behavior to see if you notice any difference. You can take a look at this article to learn how to do it.
Making sure the app is up-to-date on your devices.

If this behavior persists afterwards, we'd like to gather some additional info:

Does this happen no matter what audiobook you choose to listen to?
Send us the make/model and OS of the affected device.
What is the exact Spotify version you're running on both your computer and mobile device?
Does this happen over WiFi? 3G/4G? Both? Do you notice any difference if you switch the internet connection you're using?

Hi, it only happens with the Terry Pratchett series. On all devices, Windows 10 laptop, Samsung tablet and Samsung phone.

I've since found that, rather than pressing Play (as I've always done because it takes you to the last listened point), it will work if you open the chapters individually.

I have this same problem, strange that it only seems to happen with Terry Pratchett books.
