Any idea why a Google search result attributed to Spotify suggests that Spotify has an album, a song from the album and the song's lyrics, when clicking the link reveals that Spotify doesn't have the album, the song or its lyrics?

Sounds like the album is currently unavailable in your region. As much as we'd love to have all the music in the world on Spotify, the content may vary over time and between countries. This depends on permissions from rights holders.

For more information on the matter, it's worth reaching out to the artist or their label on social media or their website.

Hopefully it won't be too long before the album becomes available again. In the meantime, you can import local files to your Spotify library.
