i swear we were able to infinitely loop a song even after an ad on desktop but for some reason it hasn't been working. anyone else experiencing this?

Just to confirm, are you able to switch on the Repeat function, but it then turns off after an ad has been played? Or does it switch off on other occasions as well?

Also, do you notice any difference after clearing stored cache from the app? Once it's done, make sure to log out from the app and back in again. This should resync your account info.

yeah it's only the first option (repeat function being disabled after an ad break). doesn't matter what device.

Could you send us a screenshot of what you're seeing on your end? We'd like to take a closer look at how the Repeat option looks like after the ad stops. You can attach it to your next response by using the Insert image option in the post editor. Make sure not to send any private info.

Also, does the playback stops after the ad as well?

We'll be on the lookout.
