When I made my list it showed upside down in order on my laptop, on my phone it shows my list from the first song i picked to at the bottom to the last one I picked at the top, why is this, why is my list upside down on my laptop and also why isn't there a toggle switch at the top to switch old on top or newest song on top

Can you try switching the order on both devices so that it matches? You can follow the steps in the article here. Tip: you can reverse the order on desktop by clicking on the same sorting option again.

If you don't see an option to sort the order, then you might be using the Web Player where this isn't available. You can download the desktop app here instead.
