supposedly downloaded podcast not showing in downloaded filter

I recently switched to an iphone 13, and noticed that one specific podcast group out of the few I download to listen to didn't have the episodes I've previously downloaded show in the filter.

When i try to click the download button it says its already downloaded, and when I try to download again after canceling the small loading icon doesnt appear and just says the same thing that its been downloaded when i reclick. i have no idea how to solve this and I dont seem to have issue downloading new episodes, just the ones I've had on my previous phone

The most likely cause for something like this would be some sort of corrupted cache. Perform a clean reinstall in order to clear this out and it should work fine afterwards. Be advised that you need to redownload your content for offline listening.
