Premium Duo but still getting ads

Hi me again,I’m not talking about podcasts as I only listen to music and my partner as well.

Im paying $17.99 @ month for a premium account and in the Spotify account it specifies 2 premium account and Ad FREE music listening.

It would be a shame to close my account but I’m still not getting what I am paying for so please get back to me and sort it or I’ll close the account.

Just to confirm, are you hearing ads while listening to music or you're seeing pop up ads within the app? We'd also like to know if this happens across devices or only on a specific one.

If you're hearing ads between songs, we'd recommend logging out > restarting your device > logging back in to sync up your subscription status with your device.

I removed my partners account, I'm the main account holder, reinstalled it, he is still getting adverts between songs

It sounds like your partner's account is on free, so as a first step, we'd suggest making sure that the invite was accepted successfully by heading over to your Duo account page and checking if you see your partner's display name there. If yes, ask them to double check if they're logging into the correct account. Check out this guide for more info.
