I can't listen to specific song on Spotify.

There is a specific song by José José that all my friends in Mexico can listen to and I can't. They send me the link and when I click it, the song does not appear. Why can't I listen to it?

Could you check the same on different platforms like the Mobile App, the Web Player, or the Desktop App? See if the song is accessible on other platforms.

The copyright owners can decide to take down their content, restrict it, or not release it in certain regions. In such cases there is not much the platform like Spotify can do. If the song appears in a playlist or in search but it is grayed out this could be a similar case.
