But if I search for the same songs on my partners phone, I can play them Does anyone know why this is? We're both on free accounts, similar phone, same location.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;This is odd, so let's check what's happening. If you haven't tried any troubleshooting steps yet, we recommend starting with a &lt;A href="https://community.spotify.com/t5/FAQs/How-can-I-perform-a-clean-reinstall-of-the-app/ta-p/4746485" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;clean reinstall&lt;/A&gt;. This might sound simple, but most of the times helps with this type of issues. And no worries, you won't lose any of your playlists or saved content.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If that doesn't do the trick, try using a different internet connection and check if that makes a difference. It's also a good idea to log in with your account from a different device to see if the songs also show as unavailable. It could be your partner's phone.&lt;/P&gt;
