Hello, I'm trying to get premium student, once I follow the steps in "get premium student" step 1 fill out the sheerID verification form goes to 404 page.

Also I tried in safari and chrome in private window I got the same issue. besides my phone I tried with windows pc using chrome and brave browser also in private window getting the same 404 error.

So can you help me reporting this issue to dev pls.

You mentioned you're from Costa Rica. I'm afraid Premium Student isn't available there at this time, which is why you get this error.

If you're studying abroad in another country where Premium Student is supported, you should be able to get the student discount - just make sure your account’s country matches where you’re studying and you use a payment method issued there. It's also worth checking if the webpage's region is set properly.

Everytime I try to choose the student plan it takes me to a page saying “

404s and heartbreaks

We couldn’t find the page you were looking for. Maybe our FAQ or Community can help?”. Can you please help me.
