Why is Time Machine not counting some artists' streams while counting others'?

I am facing trouble with Time Machine because while all of the artists have their streams counted, just one doesn't. When you know who is the singer, you might think this bug is intentional. No kidding! Because the name is Katy Perry.

Until September 20th I had 20 streams in a song. Since this singer released her new album on that day, the count stopped. After the release I listened much more the same song, and there was no update to the number of streams. As of Sep. 26th, there should be about 40 streams, but there isn't. Other artists of my taste keep going up as she is threatened to disappear, along with another song that there was just below the first one, that also had its count stopped.

I even wonder if there's someone else with the same problem, and if this artist is receiving the correct number of streams for her songs.

I have reported this issue individually to Spotify in the Contact Us link, and the guidelines given by the human assistant didn't worked out.
