Yes!!! It’s driving me NUTS and that’s what i came on here!! It’s always the same songs, no matter if i put on my “rock mix” or “metal mix” or whatever random playlist it is. I would love to hear different songs off those albums, but not the exact same songs, every single day. It’s so super frustrating.

When I play a Spotify generated playlist, e.g. "Fall Feels", my perception is that I'll get some fresh new music. Instead, I get a rehash of primarily the same songs and artists from my own playlists, with some new stuff sprinkled in. Similarly, if I navigate to another user's site and choose one of their Spotify playlists, e.g. Discover Weekly, I get a remix of my artists and songs, albeit with some new stuff added. Why? I want to hear what Spotify would generate for that user based on their tastes, not mine.

I want to investigate NEW music, not Spotify's regurgitation of what it thinks I like based on my playlists. Anyone? Anyone?
