Spotify has got so bad! I'm actually considering CDs

I've loved Spotify for a long time, I always had new music recommendations and found some.grrat artists.

Probably for over a year now it's just got so bad, I've started using it less and less. I used to listen to podcasts on it as well but now they've got ads on, absolutely not.

I've actually been ripping CDs and putting the music onto my phone because with Spotify, I'm just paying monthly to listen to the same songs. It's lost everything I got it for.

I like music, dislike music but every week, their weekly suggestions just give me the same absolute **bleep** over and over. Even songs I've disliked in the past bits absolutely useless and a huge waste of money right now ...

Anybody else finding it's turned into a bag of balls?

My Question

Is there anything to be done about the repetitiveness of Spotify as of recent? None of my daily mixes update anymore, everything else rotates between the same artists; I heard the same song three times across three playlists today. I’ve tried everything I can think of to get variety added to no avail. I’ve used Spotify for about a decade now and there’s been a noticeable decline in variety recently.
