When the new demonetization takes effect, what happens to classical recordings? Many people don't know or listen to classical, which means that many tracks will not get the 1,000 stream minimum. Does that mean a purge of classical recordings every year? Or are they simply not featuring new classical recordings? Or will classical labels decide to stream elsewhere? I agree with removing white noise, but not at the expense of quality music. The simple fact is that classical musicians will never get the amount of streams pop artists do.

Plan

Free/Premium

Country

Device

(iPhone 8, Samsung Galaxy 9, Macbook Pro late 2016)

Operating System

(iOS 10, Android Oreo, Windows 10,etc.)

Demonetization of classical music?
