topic I received a presale promo code but it doesn’t work in Content Questions

Presale Code Problem

I am a frequent Spotify listener and an avid listener to a certian band. The band said on social media that they were releasing presale codes to those who pre downloaded their new album on varying platforms, Spotify included. However, I did not get the code sent to me until after the pre sale ended. This also happened when I was sent concert information and by the time that I got the email, the concert was sold out. This is very disappointing to me because I was looking forward to the concert that was sold out and getting good seats because of my presale code. Please consider this when sending out other concert and presale information to other users so they do not experience the same problem that I have. Thank you.

Sorry to hear that! Spotify doesn't handle purchasing for presale ticket offers, so it’s best to contact the companies responsible if you have any further questions.

The email you received should include a link to the correct ticketing company.
