How can I change the song titles' language to Korean? Even when I change the app language to Korea, it just changes the language of the UIUX and not the actual song titles.

The title of songs or other content depends on how the publisher released it. If they put it in English then it will appear in English. Changing the language of the app does not affect the content but only the app UI as you have already mentioned.
