To find all free audiobooks we offer go to Search > Browse all > Audiobooks, and scroll down to find the free audiobooks section.

To unlock a free audiobook, select the GET (Desktop) / Play (Android and iOS) button. On desktop you will be directed to a browser window to confirm your account and unlock the book.

Keep in mind that some titles within this section are in rotation. This means they're listed as free for a limited time, and may eventually have an updated price on the app after a few weeks.

Hello, I've set up a premium account solely for the purpose of accessing the free audiobooks section;- however, there is no such section, and it's not appearing. I have reinstalled the app both on the desktop and Android... Could you please inform us about the solution regarding this issue?

Well that sure sounds interesting. One reason for the entire sub window that would lead you to the audiobooks section to be missing would be that the feature might not be supported in your country yet! We do however appreciate your feedback and we thank you for sharing your experience with us!

I have spotify family premium and I also do not have a free audiobook section. I've gone to search - browse all - audiobooks and there is no free section, only genres. I am in Texas, USA. Is this feature available yet?

Are you the manager of the Family plan? Note that the audiobooks included in Premium are currently available in the following plans:

Premium Individual
Premium Family (plan manager only)
Premium Duo (plan manager only)

That is entirely messed up that it is only available to the plan manager. My FIL is the plan manager, so what, now I have to go to him to ask him which books are currently free? That is an inherently flawed design and honestly if only the plan manager can see it then why have a "free audiobooks" section at all.

Please reconsider that design because at this point it's better off not even existing.

I am the plan manager and I still do not have this section. Seems to me like this is being intentionally hidden from the UX

Such a rip off. The whole reason I subscribed was for the Audiobooks. No free ones at all.

Very misleading, disappointing and false information.

I am considering cancelling my subscription.
