My Question or Issue

I’m curious if buying top up hours unlocks audiobooks that are over the 15hr limit for as long as I have enough extra hours to cover it, or if I have to purchase any locked audiobook directly?

When purchasing additional audiobook listening time, you'll get access only to our audiobooks subscriber catalog. You can read more about it in this article.

Now, you should take into account that the titles available in our audiobooks subscriber catalog may vary from time-to-time at Spotify’s or a third-party rightsholder’s discretion. As a result, the titles in our audiobooks subscriber catalog may not be the same as those available for purchase on Spotify.

In that sense, if the audiobook you want to listen to is not available in the aforementioned catalog, then you can't listen to it. Remember that you can purchase individual audiobooks. You can learn more about it in this article.
