My Question or Issue

I’m having issues with the quick scroll bar. Every time I try to use it at any playlist, it keeps loading slowly for several seconds, and sometimes the app even crashes. Also, I can no longer filter the date range that used to appear on the bar.

Just to confirm, have you already tried performing a clean reinstall of the app by following these steps? This is often an overlooked step, but it can help you get rid of any cache that might be causing trouble.

If this doesn't do the trick, let us know when this started to happen and send us the exact Spotify version you're currently running.

Hello. Yes, I already tried that, but it didn't work. I'm running the 9.0.30 version, just updated.

Have you by any chance been able to test this using another phone to see if the same thing happens?

It'd also be helpful if you could ask someone else, like a friend or a relative, to log in to their account using your device to see if they can replicate this behavior. This will help us determine if the issue is account or device related. You can also create a new account for testing purposes if it's not possible to have someone else do this process.
