    <description>&lt;P&gt;I was listening to an audiobook. I listened to the first one then the second one. I didn’t finish the second one because I ran out of hours. When I went back to it it kept telling me it wasn’t available in my region. I didn’t finish change regions from uk to France for a little bit but now I’m back on uk. But I still don’t have access to forth wing dramatized version part 2. I only find the audio book in French or German ? How do I stop that?!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I received a code for an audiobook. However when I try to listen to the audiobook it won't play. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The book is Models and Citizens by Andrew Sweet. I received the code from the author himself.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I used it a while back and it was fine, but today when I wanted to listen to the book i could not find it anywhere on spotify. I still had the email with the code in it and tried again. It did open spotify with the book, but it won't play. I have tried this on my phone, tablet and laptop. When using the app on any device nothing happens, when I use spotify in browser on my laptop, it just starts playing a random podcast from my library. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Why can't I listen to this audiobook?</description>

&lt;P&gt;Does this error persist with multiple audiobooks or just this one and are all chapters from it affected or only a single one? We tried reproducing the behaviour but the Audiobook plays without issues on our end.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I'd also check if any VPN services are enabled and make sure &lt;A href="https://support.spotify.com/article/listen-offline/" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;offline mode&lt;/A&gt; is set to off. In case it's off, try setting it to on and back to off again. It's a good idea to see if &lt;A href="https://support.spotify.com/article/storage-information/" target="_self"&gt;clearing the cached data&lt;/A&gt; on the affected device would make a difference. Log out of the app and back in twice in a row after this to force a manual sync of all your data &amp;amp; settings.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You've also mentioned that this is occurring on more than one device, so I'm curious to know what the devices are (device make &amp;amp; model + its OS version) and if you're seeing the same error on both. In case the error remains, we'd like to know the &lt;A href="https://support.spotify.com/article/checking-spotify-app-version/" target="_self"&gt;app version&lt;/A&gt; you're running on both devices as well.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Many thanks!       <description>&lt;P&gt;I was listening to an audiobook. I listened to the first one then the second one. I didn’t finish the second one because I ran out of hours. When I went back to it it kept telling me it wasn’t available in my region. I didn’t finish change regions from uk to France for a little bit but now I’m back on uk. But I still don’t have access to forth wing dramatized version part 2. I only find the audio book in French or German ? How do I stop that?!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I have a Premium account with additional hours for audiobooks. I am (ironically) listening to Reasons Not To Worry (&lt;A href="https://open.spotify.com/show/21Bz2jmNBUwEyF8pSwqKDV?si=475b1733652d4b25" target="_blank"&gt;https://open.spotify.com/show/21Bz2jmNBUwEyF8pSwqKDV?si=475b1733652d4b25&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;). It has stopped playing (at Chapter 11 of 17) on my phone app, desktop app and desktop in browser. Other audiobooks play. Music plays. The sample for this title plays. I have logged out and relogged in, uninstalled and reinstalled, cleared caches etc across all devices. It'd be great to be able to clear out that issue.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;</description>
