Each track has a drop down function to see artist info etc. Why not have a reporting section where you can instantly flag up a track with swear words, sexual content or encourgaging knfie crime or rape and alike? This would then be reviewed more quickly by Spotify with a dedicated team and Spotify would become a safer place for children and decent folk who don't want to hear such drivel.

I'd recommend checking out this Support article for more info about explicit content and how to filter it. Also, on the mobile version of Spotify, you can find a Report button by clicking on the tree dots button of the Now Playing view to report content that doesn't follow Spotify's guidelines.
