Spotify Blend Story

My Blend Story doesn’t show the story but instead a black screen with a “try again” button. What happened?

Welcome to the Community!

There can be different reasons why the Blend story doesn't load, so I recommend the following:

Clear the cache within the app as it can cause different performance issues.
Make sure you're running the newest app version.
Try with a different internet connection.

If there's no difference, it'd be great if you could ask the other person to check if the story loads for them and share your device's make, model, OS-version, as well as the Spotify-version.

I can't see the Spotify Blend story. When I do it with some friends, it doesn't work. When I can't see it, they can't see it either. An album is created with songs. Only in the story section, a black screen appears and a loading sign appears in the middle, with an arrow pointing clockwise. I am using the latest version and I tried with the person many times still can’t see

I tried everything but there is not a specific solution. After two days or something when I checked it, it was back to normal

Something else you can try is leaving the Blend and creating it again to see if that does the trick. It's also worth performing a clean reinstall of the app by following the steps here.

Im having the same issues but reinstalling did not help. I also tried everything else everyone suggested. And other way to fix this?
