My Question or Issue

Spotify has a bug in it's library where it is creating exact duplicate albums. I stumble upon them sometimes when it plays a recommended song and I swear I've saved it, come to find out I saved the duplicate.

I am not talking about remasters, special editions, or single vs album versions of songs. I am talking about whole albums with EXACT duplicates, same catalog number. I know they're duplicates and it's an issue on the server end because they have unique URLs when using the spotify website in a web browser, despite being exactly the same. I can save the songs twice, or have different songs saved from the same album. I will post some examples I have found with some photos for everyone.

How deep does this go? How can they fix this without removing songs from peoples playlists? Are the artists seeing the revenue from the playcount of these duplicates? This is a serious problem.
