Hi! Could you please help me manage the content i see on my profile? The thing is that im not interested in any local music and i usually click minus if i get a suggestions like this but spotify keeps suggesting me a bunch of playlists by artists from the country i currently reside at and the most annoying thing is that the widget on my laptop (windows) is purely this (it says and suggests "CZ&SK playlists") and can't be changed. How can i get rid of this? ;((

You have mentioned "manage content I see on my profile". This does not refer to any recommendations. The profile content includes your public playlists, recent activity (if shared), and other stats.

Check out Manage and customise your Spotify profile.

About the suggestions, it depends on various factors, but as you listen to different content, it should update your suggestions automatically. Sometimes it can take longer than usual, but worry not, it will be updated.

The hide button is a good way to eliminate content you do not want to play. You can also block artists or click the context menu on certain suggestions to click don't recommend or not interested.
