My Question or Issue

Hello, I had the video playing when i listen to podcast and music. Now its just a picture

I tried all the settings, turning power saving off etc , Re installing nothing works.

Any suggestions? Thanks

I'm afraid both Canvas and Music Videos aren't available in Mauritius yet, so if you're currently there, then that would explain why you no longer have access to these features. As soon as we have any new info on the matter, rest assured we'll post an update in the following threads:

Hello Yordan.. I have the same problem. I'm in Mexico, I have the app in 2 phons, laptop and TV and in anyone of it I can see the videos... at work, at home...

Hello, I'm from Malaysia and am facing the same issue. I only get to watch the video of the podcast on the desktop/PC but on my phone (only when on mobile data — on wifi, it works) it doesn't. I've tried changing my settings but it still does not work. Help!

Thanks for the reply.

Since the video works on some devices, this shouldn't be an availability issue. Have you tried changing the data saver options on your phone app? Since videos use a lot of data, they are usually blocked from playing when not on Wi-Fi. Please send us a screenshot of your settings so we can double check that everything is in order.

Im from South Africa and I used to get videos playing while listening to music but all of a sudden all that’s gone.Help I enjoyed the combo how do I fix that

Thanks for the reply.

One of the important things about music videos is that Premium is necessary to have access to them. Perhaps it's possible your account has reverted to free recently? This can explain why the videos aren't available anymore. Consider double checking here if you're unsure.
