How to turn off full videos?

Some podcasts i listen to now feature full videos, i dont mean canvas repeating images. How can i turn these off? If i am on the road or even at home busy doing stuff, i just want to listen (and save bandwith)

You can switch your podcasts to audio only from the app settings. See here where you can find that.

Hi, I have the same question. Can anyone help please? These options are not the same now in the app. It looks like the only way to disable video podcasts is to not use wifi.

At the moment, it's only possible to switch videos off while using mobile data. However, we appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback, as we understand you're interested in being able to switch videos off completely. We always strive to improve the overall app experience.

Thank you Maria. I have voted in the suggested thread- although it refers mainly to Spotify Family. I do wonder if anything will be actioned as it has 2000 votes and nothing has been done?
