Problem: one specific song is never played

My Question or Issue

It's been at least six months now but there is a specific song (Guerrilla by Ateez) that doesn't get played at all on my Spotify account: if I click on it nothing comes, if it's part of a playlist it's automatically skipped.

I can open the page of the song, it's not in grey and its alternate versions are available.

Already tried deleting cache, logging out.

Do you have issues playing any other content by the same artist? If you do, make sure the artist is not blocked. To do so, go to the artist's profile, click on the 3-dot menu and select "Allow this artist to play".

If you're able to play other songs by the artist, it is possible that specific song is not available right now. This can happen due to copyright issues or by request from the rights holder of the music. Usually content like this makes it's way back on the platform, but we can't say for sure when or if this will happen.

One way to check is to try and play the same song from a different account. You could ask someone else to do it from their account.
