Discover Weekly with just 13 trakcs!

My Question or Issue

Hi, I just logged into Discover Weekly, which has been updated, but instead of the usual 30 new songs, I only see 13! I hope this problem gets fixed soon, because it's absurd!

I tried to reproduce this on my end and for me it shows 30 songs as intended.
Have you tried some troubleshooting? If not, I can suggest some things worth trying out.

- Clear Cache (Mobile & Desktop): Clear the app's cache to resolve temporary glitches.
- Log out and sign back in a couple of times.

If those steps doesn´t help, please do also following:

Reinstall the App: Uninstall Spotify and then reinstall it to fix potential corrupted files or bugs.

Hi Ray, already done all of these, i've been told that the problem would have been resolved today, but it's 9 PM in Italy and playlist still shows 13 songs and i wasn't contancted by the team... i really hope you can do something about that, Discover Weekly is the main reason i have Spotify.

Since you've already contacted Customer Support, your case is likely still under review. You should hear back from them within the next few days.

I wish I had a fix for the missing songs, but there’s not much more I can do to recover the songs for the moment.
