How can we report a wrong audio on a song ?

There's a song that has the right album cover, right credits and the right lyrics but has the wrong Audio, how can we report that to be fixed ?

If a song on Spotify isn’t playing correctly, and you've already tried the suggested steps in this support article about faulty audio or inaccurate metadata, I'd recommend reporting the song to Spotify's Customer Support team here (as is suggested in the support article).

You can share with Customer Support a link to the track (by following these steps), to help them address the issue.

It sounds to me like this audio file is corrupted. Sounds like a dodgy import from a CD. Not my speakers coz it happen on different speakers.

Different Song/language when using Spotify video on specific songs

Hey,
I understand, that when switching between Spotify music video and the normal Player , you hear different songs. Thats okay in almost every case, because sometimes the video version of songs sound differently or may have an other length.

But I found at least one example were the video Version of a song contains another language.

In this case the normal songs is the original German version. But switching to musicvideo will lead to the french Version. Iam not sure whether thats intented or not. For me as consumer it is confusing:

La canción “Rainism” de Rain se reproduce sin voces, solo instrumental.

La portada, el artista y la etiqueta Explicit cambian al reproducirla.

Parece un error de audio o de metadatos.

The song “Rainism” by Rain plays without vocals, only the instrumental.

When the song starts playing, the cover art changes, the artist information is inconsistent, and an “Explicit” label appears, even though it didn’t have it before.

This seems to be an audio or metadata issue, possibly caused by an incorrect or replaced audio file.
