Hey, so I’ve been seeing album uploads to artists pages who’ve disbanded at least 3 years ago, most of them 6 years or more. I’m sure this isn’t by the artists, as the album uploads were all done late-January/February 2026 and in quick succession (sometimes on the same day), by a same provider, audivi music. I’m mainly a kpop listener (smaller groups/2nd gen iykyk), so I’m not sure about other music genres, but multiple groups from smaller companies have been impacted by this. The uploads are copyrighted under Audivi Music, 2026. It seems sketchy to me as the group name is never on the cover. The album covers are plagiarized from the artists’ previous albums, super low quality at times, and never mentioning the group name, however, some have photos of artists faces (mainly female artists). The albums are about 4-6 songs, but also 4-6 mins, sometimes a single instead of an EP. How can I get Spotify to remove this? Here’s a list of artists and the albums - please feel free to add more, as I don’t know every artist.

I have not listened to the albums and therefore cannot comment on the similarities of the new album to previous ones; there was a post on reddit that suggested audivi music uses AI and the royalties from streaming the music do not go to the original artist. Also, I'm not an artist/author/creator myself and so I have no idea how to report this under the correct catalogue so the issue gets recognised.

MAP6 summer

TRCNG alcarde

UP10TION am color for

HALO bad halo

1THE9 digital

COED SCHOOL coeed

24K passaport

STELLAR depit

HISTORY kiss kiss

TOPPDOGG rampa

HELLOVENUS comporation point

9MUSES love cool

JUN HYO SEONG out out

TAHITI liquid

NARSHA mental

TINYG collmo

HELLOVENUS fruitoy

SONAMOO glitch protocol

SPICA diamond

MINAH telephone

F-VE DOLLS beats1

UNB you beyond the screen

as of 15 feb 2026.

I've found more:
Song Ji Eun - ALBUTO
HIGH4 - H.I.G.H
Son Dam Bi - La Luces
Sunny Hill - COPOLYS
Hyomin - SEASER
NS Yoon-G - ARRISS
Ji Yeon - SPACEPLUS
Youngjae - LOBATO (this artist is still active!)
Kim Dong Han - ENEMY (ditto)
9MUSESA - Electric Whisper
AOA CREAM - Pixel Ablaze
D-UNIT - Quartz Cloud
SISTAR19 - GAD BOY
TEEN TEEN - Beautiful
4TEN - Kinetic Aura
BESTie - Frequency
HNB - FINIL
Under Nineteen - Ambition
CHAeIN - Go
KangNam - Kairos
D.Holic - Gravity
T-ara N4 - Club Mirage
Crayon Pop - COWDELI
ENOi - COIBOL
TREI - SCOOL
Orange Caramel - 1234
AFTERSCHOOL RED - Golden Fields
GU HARA - Bluegrass Skies
JY - Prairie Wind
San D - Like Me

There are more - for example, I noticed a bunch of Spanish-language albums with very similar covers (red/blue, obviously AI-generated, from 2025) but as I don't know those artists, I can't say whether they're fake.

At this point, it would probably be fair to just ban Audivi Music, they're clearly malicious.

I’ve also noticed these uploads and can confirm they’re completely different from the real artists.

In fact, it seems obviously intended to mislead. For example, with the artist HISTORY, the supposed new 2026 album not only copies the exact visual style of their last official 2016 release (bright red background with capitalized white letters in the same font), but it’s also titled KISS KISS — which is suspiciously similar to KISS Entertainment, the Japanese label originally connected to the group.

I’ve seen similar cases with other artists too. For instance, while BTS members V and RM were serving in the military, albums appeared under their names from another label that didn’t seem connected to them at all. This shows a broader pattern of misleading uploads, not just isolated incidents.

This kind of overlap makes it clear the releases aren’t genuine comebacks, but attempts to confuse fans and exploit Spotify’s catalog system.

What makes it even more concerning is that these uploads are using the established listener base of real artists to gain thousands of streams right at debut. Even if Spotify later fixes the overlap, the inflated numbers remain, meaning the misleading releases still benefit from the visibility and royalties generated off the original artists’ fanbase.

Add to that the South Korean group Varsity that had their latest release in 2020.

And I'd like to point out that all these have in common that all credits for the odd 2026 albums (writing, composing, producing, even instruments) are going to one single person, under the label Audivi Music.

There was an investigation done by journalist Jeff Benjamin who is well respected in the K-pop world on this exact matter. I can't publish URLs here for some reason, but this AI issue is extends to 80 K-pop artists (so far) with 250+ songs, Spotify should investigate quickly

Kim Sohee, Fmr. Alice also was affected. Considering that she has little independent backing, songs like ones that audivi posted to her spotify artist page is extremely damaging to her social standing!

This is not a victimless crime!!
