Make sure to &lt;A href="https://support.spotify.com/article/how-to-log-out/" target="_blank"&gt;log out from the app&lt;/A&gt; and back in again once it's done. Completing these steps should resync your account info.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Another option is to try a &lt;A href="https://community.spotify.com/t5/FAQs/Perform-a-clean-reinstall-of-the-app/ta-p/4746485" target="_blank"&gt;clean reinstall&lt;/A&gt;. This will clear stored cache too, as well as ensure that you're running the latest app version.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Should the issue persist, could you let us know if this happens at any specific points? For example, when setting the Sleep timer for 45 minutes or when choosing End of episode? Does it happen with a certain audiobook or podcast?&lt;/P&gt;
