      <description>Hello Spotify Team,&lt;BR /&gt;I can't find the "Switch to video" button to play music videos on my Premium account. This happens both in the Spotify app on my iPhone and when using Spotify Connect with my Google TV.&lt;BR /&gt;A friend, using their Premium account on my same Google TV, was able to see and use this button without issues. This suggests the feature is available on the device and in my location.&lt;BR /&gt;I've already checked:&lt;BR /&gt;Subscription: My account is Premium and active.&lt;BR /&gt;Songs: I've tried songs I know have videos available (my friend saw them).&lt;BR /&gt;Apps updated: Spotify is updated to the latest version on my iPhone and Google TV.&lt;BR /&gt;Settings: "Canvas" (and other video-related options) are enabled in my mobile app</description>

Please use it as a reference:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thank you for checking.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Based on this investigation, it appears that the issue is caused by ongoing feature improvements and testing related to the Music Video functionality.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;As a result, your account may be displaying a different screen compared to other users.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Please note that the Music Video feature may be temporarily unavailable or have limited functionality at times. Thank you for your understanding.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

 Could you provide us with a rough estimate of when this issue has started for you?&lt;BR /&gt;
 And, aside from this, we can also try some troubleshooting here:&lt;BR /&gt;
 &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Make sure your devices' firmware is up to date and check the same for the Spotify app.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Try using a different network e.g. a hotspot - does the issue remain the same?&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;If you're using any VPN services on the affected devices, make sure to disable them or to set Spotify as an exception.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;A href="https://community.spotify.com/t5/FAQs/Perform-a-clean-reinstall-of-the-app/ta-p/4746485" target="_blank"&gt;Reinstall the app&lt;/A&gt; to see if that would make a difference.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Does a different account on the same device behave the same way?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If no troubleshooting helps out here, let us know what your affected devices are, as well as their OS/ Firmware version and your Spotify app version.&lt;/P&gt;
