How to report an error? There´s a song not released by shown artist...

There is a band called "DRONE" which has released several songs.

Now there is another artist who calls himself "Dr One" and his songs are released on the same band tag. That is an error - how to report such issue?
When following DRONE (thrash metal), you get Dr One (hip hop) too - I won´t let this happen in my internet!

Same problem here, there are 2 different bands / projects both named Arcturus, but in Spotify they are listed as the same artist.

I'm following the norwegian band (https://open.spotify.com/artist/0UGvFl1tJ49Co99gaXZH9Z) and some day ago I received an alert about a new EP (https://open.spotify.com/album/0dLYWb7aLuBS7jrISFfTXf), but it's not an EP of the norwegian band I'm following.

Is there any web form, or forum specific section to report these errors?
