    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Device&lt;/STRONG&gt;: Laptop Siragon NB300 &lt;STRONG&gt;running&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;Debian Stretch 9.1 x64&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Account type:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;Premium&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;App info&lt;/STRONG&gt;: Spotify version 1.0.49.125.g72ee7853&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Issue:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;When I'm not using my laptop but playing music, system inhibit&amp;nbsp;sleep mode.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Steps:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. My PC sleep time is 15 min.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. I'm not using the PC but playing music with Spotify Client.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I did some search and found that music players need to include some code to prevent their app inhibit sleeping (or suspend) mode.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is a&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://github.com/gnumdk/lollypop/issues/1188" target="_self"&gt;solved issue&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;of a gnome music player called lollypop.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Kind regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;David.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
