it's currently working for me.

is the Firefox console (F12 for dev tools, second tab is console) saying anything?
are you seeing this issue using other browsers on the same machine?
can you check if you still get this issue using your account on another machine?

I had it working the day after I reported the issue.

I had another issue as well, and when I solved the other one the Spotify issue also was solved.

It was a timing issue. The computer clock was not syncronized.

But there was no warning message of any kind to give you a hint what was wrong, just a black screen.
