From some time ago one "by Spotify" playlist is no longer usable. Each time I click on it nothing happens and also I cannot unfollow it. I can see "loading..." in place of its real name.

Can you delete it for me?

I didn't get it to open either.

I think you should seek help by contacting Spotify through Twitter (@SpotifyCares), Facebook (SpotifyCares) or through contact form here. If you choose the last method, an email might be sent telling you to check Support of Community, just reply to that message even if it's a no-reply.
Spotify will get to you within a day or two. 🙂
