Show notifications when playing Local Files on Linux

Spotify shows a desktop notification when it starts playing a new track. However, this only gets shown for streamed tracks, not when it starts playing a local file. At least on Linux.

It's possible that https://community.spotify.com/t5/Idea-Submissions/Show-local-file-cover-art-via-MPRIS/idi-p/5624092 is related to this (if the notifications fail to show up due to issues with the icon). Another issue that may be related is that local file cover art doesn't get used for playlist/folder cover art. So if you've got a playlist with only local files, it just gets a generic playlist icon.
