Help! Spotify problems with sound management in Linux mint

My Question or Issue

Hi, for some reason Spotify acts very differently from any other app regarding sound management in Mint, first of all when Spotify plays it isn't recognized by the native sound control program (I also tried with PulseAudio). Secondly and most importantly I can't play a song from Spotify for several seconds after I play sound from some other program and can't play any other program's sound simultaneously with Spotify.

From my experience, it happens only with Spotify, and the sound of any other program works just fine.
