Spotify flatpak/snap dont have any notification icon in gnome notification center please provide it for now it takes a generic exutable icon...

Can you provide more info of what is this you're looking for? Screen shots might help.

Because the client already implements the MPris interface, which Gnome should be able to read

I'm using Fedora and I installed Spotify from Flathub. When playing music, Spotify has a generic fallback icon in GNOME Shell. Third-party scrobbling apps such as Turntable also show Spotify with a fallback icon.
