Sometimes it's 2-3 songs, depending on how I start them (using the "next track" bar vs. picking something out of playlist, etc.) When I say unable to play other music, I mean that the progress meter sits at 0, and no sound comes out, no matter what I do.

I've cleared both the cache and the entire config trying to debug this problem; when I run the client in debug mode, I do see this message repeatedly in the console after the client stops playing music:

23:00:51.580 I [f:469 ] AudioRendererImpl 0x7fdcf68ac6a0 cannot start driver: flushing 0 hasSuff 1 canStart 1 0 numAud 1

I've attached the whole log file. I understand that Gentoo isn't officially supported (and neither is the Linux desktop client), but I also think there's probably a fairly obvious problem (I'm not using pipewire or apulse?), and someone else has run into this... that AudioRendererImpl error message seems to be a pretty smoking gun...
