My Question or Issue

I am having issues with sound stuttering in a way I have not seen mention in the other tickets. It only seems to stutter every 5-15 seconds and each time it does it outputs a certain message to the console (attached below). I did try reinstalling it using the snap package and the same thing happens.

It stuttered twice here whenever "Starting Playback" appears. Note, it was playing the entire time. I did not start and stop the playback.
