Tray icon on Linux doesn't lunch app when left clicked

My Question or Issue

When I left click the tray icon, it brings up the context menu as if I had right clicked it.
I expect the Spotify tray icon to act like any other (VLC/KeePassXC for eg), and bring up the app or hide it to tray and not bring up the context menu.

After latest update, I've got same issue, Debian XFCE4
