A serious glitch

Hello, I have a big problem. I can't install anything via the Lubuntu Software Center or the terminal. This shows up with the terminal AND when I try to install via the software center. Can anybody help me? I didn't find any help via google or youtube, so this is the only place I can turn to. Thanks in advance, I am using Lubuntu 14.04 (this is an Estonian variant of Lubuntu, but it's only a translation so this is essentially Lubuntu 14.04)

Does it help when you execute the following command prior to the apt-get update?

sudo apt-key adv --keyserver hkp://keyserver.ubuntu.com:80 --recv-keys D2C19886

Guys, I got it fixed already 🙂 I dunno what the reason was but I fixed it already, and spotify works just fine! 🙂
