I get that mesage all the time now.

The track will play the first 2 seconds, and then stop with that message. Why!?

Welcome at the Spotify Community!

When you go to your preferences (Spotify -> Edit -> Preferences), do you se something like 'High quality streaming'? Make sure that it is unchecked.

High quality streaming is only available for Premium users, but due a bug in Spotify it was available for everyone temporarily.
