Why in Spotify version 1.0.1.1060.gc75ebdfd I can't customize anymore my playlists (with custom picture and a description)?

This is coming back in a future update.

Note: Your account has to have this ability enabled. Regular users still cannot customize playlsits.

Yes, I manage the Spotify account for a certified artist where this feature was active

Yeah, the ability to edit the playlist will be coming back in an update soon.
