Notifications doesn't load [OS X]

With the new "update" my notifications doesen't load (se picture).

Am I the only one with this problem? Is it possible to fix?

Also, when I go to a playlist I subscribe to that there has been added songs to, there no indications of wich songs have been addad like in the old version? Why is that? Has it been removed?

OS X version: 10.8.5

When I have this problem logging out (note: logging out, not just exiting) and logging back in again usually fixes it. You shouldn't have to, of course, but there you go.
