Apostrophe show up as code ['] when sharing playlist

Hey there!

I found a few other users with this problem dating a while back, but haven't seen a solution in the community yet. So, fingers crossed that you can help me out:

When I share a playlist that has an apostrophe in the description, the apostrophe shows up as '

In this case I'm sharing it on Facebook via the Copy Playlist Link, and the description shows up like you can see in the attachment. Same problem on other services.

As you can see, since "She's a Sailor's..." has two apostrophes, it doesn't look good. Seems it's only the description that is effected by this, though.

Any solutions/workarounds for this? Thank you!
